“Sliced” coconut cake

For the coconut lovers. This cake definitely screams coconut but Vincy style.
This is a moist coconut cake soaked in coconut milk. The four layers are filled with slight coconut flavoured cream cheese frosting! Local coconut shavings are sprinkled on top then drizzled with condensed milk. To complete the look the slice is topped with a cherry.
